In this powerful 8 minute video actors convey the reflection of women at HMP Askham Grange in York on how their imprisonment has impacted on their children's lives. The video clip was put together by York St John University in collaboration with Barnardo's staff at HMP Askham Grange. This video would be most useful to share with professionals as a way of raising awareness of how maternal imprisonment can affect children as well as mums in prison.
