These booklets were created by the family support team and Barnardo's at Guernsey prison for children (under 11) and young people who have or had a loved one in prison.
They were designed to be used predominantly by those who will be visiting a loved one in prison and have age appropriate word searches, notes and doodles pages, pictures, activities and information to help children and young people deal with the emotional and practical impacts of a prison visit. Although developed in Guernsey, the format for the booklets can be inspiration for similar booklets across England and the rest of the UK.
