This booklet offers information and guidance to health professionals including GPs, midwives, health visitors, school nurses, community nurses, occupational therapists and others who work in the health field so they can better support prisoners' families and children. Included is information about the impact of imprisonment on families, a summary of what health professionals can do to support these families, and further inforamtion available for families and professionals (some of which is specific to Scotland).
