This useful 40 page information booklet was written by women with a loved one in prison who came together via Families Outside and Fife Council Community Support Team.
The booklet is intended to inform and give comfort to others who have a family member in prison and can be used in a practical way. Throughout this resource, many frequently asked questions are answered in relation to topics such as court processes, prison information, health and wellbeing, dealing with media attention, community pay back orders, home detention and what to tell the children. There is also lots of insight into the authors' personal experiences.
