Choices Consultancy Service (CCS) is a not-for-profit voluntary run organisation that assists offenders and their families through difficulties that may be incurred during their involvement in the criminal justice system.
Their aim is to support and advise offenders and their families to promote and enable positive change and maintain family ties where possible. Choices also offer support to offenders and families when they are separating. Choices provide advice, care and support relevant to the needs of children, their carers, and families of prisoners. Choices also provide support throughout the resettlement process and responds to the needs of prisoners/family members at risk of suicide and self-harm.

Catering services to prison visitors
Choices Consultancy Service (CCS) also deliver family visits. These visits are designed for families to spend quality time together. Prisoners do not have to have children to attend. Child-centred visits take place once every school holiday, and are aimed at helping prisoners engage with their children. These visits are run by Choices Consultancy Service, with multi agency involvement. Parent and child activities are organised for the duration of these visits.
